The apostle Paul was chosen and uniquely equipped to unlock the mystery hidden for long ages past. His own life experience is a picture of unlocking this mystery. As a zealot for what he thought was the truth, he fiercely opposed followers of Jesus Christ. Then, miraculously, Jesus confronted and transformed him. Willing to suffer persecution, imprisonment, and even death he preached Jesus Christ to as many as he could, Jew or Gentile, seeking to bring them together in the church. The mystery of the ages was how God would establish a way, THE WAY, to break down the wall separating people culturally, ethnically, and spiritually and make them one in Christ.
